Products, prices and availability

Product details, sizes, prices and availability appear on product pages and are confirmed at checkout. The total, including any shipping charge, is shown before you place the order. If an item is unavailable or an error is identified afterward, we will contact you to arrange a solution while respecting your consumer rights.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate details for payment, delivery or pickup and contact. Use one of the payment methods shown at checkout; the order moves to preparation once payment is confirmed. An unsuccessful payment is not treated as a paid order.

Delivery and pickup

We deliver throughout Brazil to supported postal codes. Shipping cost and the estimated transit time are shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of invoicing; delivery also depends on the carrier's estimated time. Pickup is only available at Rua Santa Clara, 33, suite 1002, Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro/RJ, after we confirm that the order is ready.

Cancellations, exchanges and returns

To request cancellation before dispatch, contact support. After receipt, online purchases may be returned within 7 days under the right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. CM brand texts, images and identity may not be reused commercially without permission. For questions or problems with an order, use the channels on the Contact. These terms do not limit your rights under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
